When it comes to understanding the actions and behavior of others, it's important to remember that these actions are influenced by the individual's personal experiences, past and how they feel about themselves. Attempting to understand why someone acts a certain way after we do something, implies that their actions reflect on us. In reality, their behavior has nothing to do with us. This means that we cannot judge ourselves based on how others treat us. It would be like judging the contents of our own book by reading random pages from books that others are reading.

It's easy to fall into the trap of believing that others' actions are a reflection of us, but it's important to remember that this is not the case. People's behavior is a result of their own personal experiences, past and how they feel about themselves. In order to break free from this trap, it's important to: - Remember that others' behavior is not a reflection of you - Understand that you cannot control the actions of others - Accept that the way others treat you is not a reflection of your worth as a person - Recognize that everyone has their own journey and perspective - Focus on your own thoughts and feelings rather than trying to understand the actions of others - Practice self-compassion and self-love - Surround yourself with positive and supportive people - Practice forgiveness, both for others and for yourself

By doing these things, we can break free from the trap of believing that others' actions are a reflection of us, and instead focus on our own thoughts, feelings, and actions. When we practice self-compassion and self-love, we can build a strong foundation of self-worth and confidence that will serve us well throughout our lives. We don't have to judge ourselves by how others treat us because we are our own person, with our own book and our own story, independent from others.
